Our cottages are all individually owned and offer many of the conveniences of your own home in a quaint New England Setting.

We are located on 6.10 acres on the breezy oceanside of Route 1. The property features an inground heated swimming pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, volleyball area, horshoes and shuffleboard court. There are 2 childrens play areas, one includes a “Shipwreck” play structure and both include swings and a sandbox for the little ones.

Rise to enjoy your morning coffee in your bathrobe and slippers. Spend the day touring the local attractions, shopping or enjoying the many fine area beaches. Cook out on your own gas grill, steam fresh lobster or dine at a local seafood restaurant. Relax in the evening on your very own deck or screened porch in the salt air of the nearby Atlantic Ocean.

Each unit is unique in size, features and decor. No two units are like. All cottages have a microwave, air conditioning, heat, cable TV and fully equipped kitchens. With exception to our motel units which have a microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. Linens are available for a fee or you can bring your own from home. All units also have FREE WIFI.
